Ignition barrel jammed

Does anyone know how to bypass it?!
I need my car urgently today and all week as I am in the middle of moving house
The ignition barrel has been playing up for a while now, but usually abit of a wiggle with the key sorts it out, but now it wont move!
I can put the key in, but it wont turn

PLEASE ONLY PM HELP TO ME, OR THIS THREAD WILL PROBABLY BE REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS!!

Do you have a spare key mate? It sounds like the key/barrel is worn, maybe a different key will help.

Definitly needs a new barrel, Ive just realised it has an imobiliser in the key, so cant just swap the barrel over for a new one, unless the new key is reprogrammed

I fear a trip to an Audi dealer is in order, I dont want to think about the cost....

you can use your new key and barrel just keep the old key on the same key ring till you get it reprogramed

Now to get the new one fitted... Im not liking the look of the drilling the pin out bit!
