From RHD to LHD Urquattro ??

Have anyone done this in here ??

Anyone have any pictures from the Engine bay and maybe the electrical wiiring inside the dash??

Any changes in the "torpedo wall" ??

I have seen on pictures that the sircut box is in the same place on both LHD and RHD.
So i was wondering if the wiiring over to the rigth side was in the dash or in the enigne bay.....

    Thanks for all answers...

www.Quattroforum.com or amanda on here should be able to help quite a bit.

I take it your trying to swap from rhd to lhd? if so the dash first off would need the main base changing afaik for the cut out.

It might be good to check out brietlings (spelling) thread and a couple of the other ur quattro threads for some more info as they have the majority of stuff out the car so it will help.

Anyone attempting something like this is asking for a whole load of trouble as the parts that would be required to do it properly are expensive and very difficult to get hold of now

I think Brietlings car is an original LHD. So the cabling is not as on a RHD car.

Yeah but it would show you the holes etc that a LHD car would use as the engine would not be in the way.

Dahboard, steering rack, (track rod arms should be fine).
You'd need to relocate fusebox and clutch reservoir pot, Not sure what you do with brake system as they mount just above the LHD rack exit point on the bulkhead....

My bulkhead after a day with the wirewheel....
