Quickie - Will RHD coupe carpet fit LHD car?

As the title says. if I send a carpet from an RHD to coupe to the states will it be utterly useless or just the ticket?

Think the tunnel is slightly different, try to find some interior pics of lhd and rhd's.

thanks mate. I was thinking about that but I reckon the tunnel from the fwd coupe should be the same (famous last words. I could be very wrong ). I'm not convinced the shape of the carpet in the driver's footwell will fit when it becomes the passenger's footwell though. might be narrower?

Try turning it upside down and putting it in the passenger side?

of course they are different, the drivers side with the plastic parts will be one the other side then, I bet that looks silly doenst it?

it would if I had taken it out but then If I had done that I wouldn't be asking the question . Plus the plastic parts come off and I didn't know if underneath the shape of the carpet is the same shape on each side.

don`t think it will look right,the carpet splits under the throttle peddle so they would need the plastic to cover it.that bit acts as throttle stoppie thing,and the passenger would have the foot rest.

if your taking out the carpet their is 3 pins in the foot rest they are hard to see just knock them through,audibits sold 1 a while back for 60 odd quid

Those footrests are near impossible to get out without breaking! Gave up with mine in the end and broke it lol

ho lee sheit. 60 quid for the carpet with intact footrest you mean? Is this the inner one that's for your left foot?
Good point about the split for the pedals by the way. Not looking promising but i'll pull the carpet out anyway and have a lookie.
