Refitting sunroof trim panel

I'm having a bit of a mare trying to get my sunroof headlining trim panel back after removing it to replace the broken clips at the rear
Its been so long since i pulled it out i can't remember how i did it, and I'm struggling to get it back in!

If i remember right I unclipped it and slid it back into the sunroof cavity, twsited it round and pulled it out, but I can't seem to get it back in there and rotate it so its in the right direction

Has anyone got any tips?

Been a while since I did one but I do remember sliding it through from the outside in the tilt position, then it slots it place.
