Hi guys, happy new year for everyone! Well, sadly I couldn't sell the car...the a$&hole that wanted it didn't call me anymore. I have decided to fix everything and well...if someone wants it, i will sale it but with a way higher price! I had problems with the opening mechanism of my door when everything was iced and now I have to take out all the door panel and fix all that. Does someone have some pics or a nice info of how can I do that job? thank you a lot!

If it's anything like an 80 saloon then you needto remove the drivers armrest on the door panel, there are some very thin allen headed bolts (3 or 4 mm i think) that hold it on if you look underneath the armrest you will see a couple of tiny holes, i use a cut off allen key in a hex socket 1/4 in sq drive, there is a screw or a couple of them on the top edges of the door cards too, in the door pull there is another screw hidden by a blanking plate undo that and pull out the door pull and undo the door pull cable.
Then i think it pops off or just lifts up, it's very tight though, i remember when taking one off my 80 last year that i managed to put the door alignment out!!!! it sounds mor complicated than it is, but then so is changing a cv boot but thats a different story......
