We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links

You should be able to put the handle on and just make sure that the other two clips are done up tightly. Another thing to check is if the removable part of the handle is in good condition.

If I fit the handle to just the two clips that are left, the two half of the handle join proberly.
