S8 Leather/Alcantara Recaros in an s2 Avant?

I think they will and I have exactly the same seats. I think you would need to remove the original mounting hardware and bolt these directly to the floor.
Backs would need to be originals re-trimmed using the alcantara material.

Hmmm looking at the top picture looks like just 2x straight runners same as ford recaro's so yes they would do if you was handy with a welder/grinder it would not be too bad actually, i've helped fit a few sets of recaro's from fords onto audi bases.

yeah i figuerd the rears are going to have to be retrimmed using the material off the S8 seats, MJ interiors im sure will be able to do that

I have a pair too in cream leather/Alcantara. The most comfy seats I have ever owned.
I'm not sure about modding the runners as they move electrically. Even the headrest moves up and down electrically.

I'd be interested in how much they weigh, if you could get them on the scales.
Are they heated?

They are heated aswell, and airbags, they have a seriously expensive look/feel to them, outstanding quality, but not light...
