Window switch illumination

having read jasons detailed guide on replacing blown bulbs i find myself with a bit of a problem.
sometimes my elec window switches illuminate just fine, sometimes they dont light at all and other times they flicker

anyone else ever had this? is it a bad earth somewhere? im going to have a go at soldering new bulbs in soon

You'll need to check the wiring loom at the hinge for breaks to fix this.

Mine were doing the same...just banged in some spares i had lying round.

LEDs need replacing

I did the same on mine. I also took one apart, so it is possible to replace the LEDs in them, but they will need soldering.
