Weight of RS2 and Recaro Pole Position seats?

I've got the same seats, blue alcantara.
Nice to know they aren't heavier than that. That means that Pole Positions would only have saved some 10-15kg total, that is pretty much the same as my motorcycle battery saved for much, much less ££

Yep, 44kg total. Pole Positions should be approx 30kg total with all hardware.
German mag Sport Auto claimed as mentioned before that the Pole Position option for the B5 RS4 saved 60kg over stock RS4 Recaros, so the stock RS4 seats must either be filled with lead or the number was wrong.

Last summer I weighted my black leather RS2 Recaros and one seat was 23 kg.

By the way, S2 3b original front seat weights 20 kg.
