RS2: Plastic Battery Cover/ Jack & tool tray

The plastic tray that fits on top of the battery and which houses the jack and tool kit is looking *very* tired in my car. The battery acid has eaten through in several places - the bottom line is I need a new one!
I tried to buy one from the local Audi agents but after some confusion about the part number I was eventually told that the factory had advised that the part is no longer available. Thats it!?
I don't buy the story. Or perhaps I just don't WANT to believe it!
Can anyone advise if this is fact? Perhaps someone knows where I can still get one of these trays?

I had a quick look on system at work ,i couldnt find it, but if no one else here can help you out i ask on of the guys on the parts counter at Dealership

To speed upo process do you have a part numbers to use as a refference??

Looks like it went NLA as of 2005, it only fits 80 Avants too so scrap yards are your only choice.
