The color of b4 interior vs b3/coupe

Is it just me or does all the b4's have a blue tone to all the dark interiors?

I have i b3 90q, and the interior is pure black (dashboard etc), but with b4 every interior i have seen has a weak blue tone to it. You might not notice it before you compare it to something that is pure black. This does not the case for coupe though.

The difference is minute, but when the doorsides from b4 is coupled with my b3 dash,
the difference becomes obvious.

So.. is it just me? Can you get pure black interior in a b4? (which has the newer design)

no you are right. for what its worth i have never seen a car where the door cards perfectly matched the dash, they are slightly different materials from different OEM suppliers no doubt.. I'm sure they matched better when new but now they have all bleached a bit its more noticeable

Good to know! Now i can stop chasing a ghost by trying to find a pure black b4 interior for my 90 with the newer design.

Though, haven't really noticed that the doorcards don't match the dash on cars. But, yeah, that might be fading or different suppliers.
