Are the front seats In an any coupe a straight swap with each other i:e swapping drivers seat for passenger seat, I know lumbar support will be on the outside but I'm not to fussed about that

No. Seat belt anchors will be on the wrong side. I don't know if these can be swapped. Proceed with caution!

and the baces are different i think, where the lever for the slider that disengages the pin is, they will be on opposite sides... maybe?

various bits are interchangeable, but not the whole seat directly - what are you looking to swap for?

passenger seat is like new and the drivers seat isnt but still not to bad,side bolster`s looking a bit worn
the passenger seat feels a lot more supportive hence the thought to change !

you can change the cover and foam inside the seat base pretty easily - in fact its not overly expensive to buy a new foam base from the stealer IIRC.
