    Interior Dye

I'm considering using an interior dye on my seats, as they are pretty sun bleached especially the rear head rests and the shoulders of the front seats, which have a pinky purple tinge to them. Would be nice to have them retrimmed but realistically that'll never happen, so any BTDT on recolouring seat fabrics?

If you want to go to the trouble of stripping the covers off your seats, then a fabric dye in the washing machine or a big tub should do the trick

I thought about this but i was worried that the foam scrim backing would disintegrate.

I've the same issue on my S2 coupe, purple tint from the sun. Wonder if the newer glass is "K" rated to stop UV damage. Still material is in 100% condition just colour lets it down a bit.

think its a common prob, mines in perfect nick inside but the colour bleach is noticable in a few spots. not sure of any decent remedies though
