I have in develpment same " tool " to read, AFR ( Heater control ), IAT, OilT, and EGT.
That is exactly what we need - but in place of the digital clock not the trip computer IMHO

I like the idea of this however i am fairly sure i read somewhere the S2 computer dosent have the necessary logic for the TDS1 to work so its limited to the S4/S6. Certainly the circuit board for the S4 and S6 are huge compared to the S2 unit. The S4/S6 units are also different from each other.

@Prj im sure you could figure out a way if you put your mind to it

You plug the sensors in to the box and then can switch display to either 1 or 2 ouputs, depending on space available. You'd have to change the screen but that's not an issue, as long as it offers some really nice functionality.
Ah, if you meant to completely throw away the system and not try to modify it, then yes.
I thought you wanted to modify the existing thing to output all that stuff, that's what I said was not possible.

It seems to by possible to active the button with a Analog Output.
Nice, looks great! I'll have to look into the wiring for the remote button. It would be cool to hook it to one of the trip computer controls!

You can buy a multi function display gauge that will display all those things that you could fit in place of the original.

As I said up the top, my display is on its last legs, so a new unit seemed to be on the cards anyway.
