Need help with driver's front seat bolster on a 1991 S2 - seems to be split, as feel the metal sticking through the cloth - anyone any help on replacing same ?

Think about getting one off the base of a LHS passenger seat ?
If that's not a runner for whatever reason, and the car is a keeper worth buying the new sponge from the dealer and fitting it yourself.
Mind the hog-ties that the the factory use to hod sections of the outer cover of the seat base in place with.
Use a sharp "powerful" snips to cut them off, when reassembling I just use good quality black zip ties instead.
Well worth doing before the outer material cover is punctured through by the steel bar of the seat base, then effecting a perfect repair is a good bit more difficult / hassle.
