Bought mine direct from Valeo for about £30. Fun job to do though

Not that bad from the dealer mate, about £60 but it is a valeo unit anyway. Avoid GSF / ECP Chinese crap

About 20 pounds sterling, you can buy cheap crappers or oem spec ,eurocarparts or similar, but highest quality is probably the way to go when you consider how much of a job it is to change, you only want to do it once so buy the best you can locate

I am assuming this is a MD only part ?
