Are led bulbs in tacho worthy?

I have the original orange bulbs in my tacho but some of them are not working anymore. I want to replace them but I want to give the tacho a new look, what about replacing the old bulbs with white leds? I would also replace the oil, battery indicators and the diff, ABS, fog lights buttons, etc.

The plasma setup is cool but I want white light, not blue. Is there any white plasma for the S2?

I want a look similar to this one but I don't know if the result would be the same as the picture.

You won't get white illumination without changing the dials and removing the red prism's - and I dont think the illumination will be even. The dials are red on the rear, and the mileage counters are illuminated through a clever red plastic prism.

Even so - white LED's should be fine, as most of the bulbs are white. Note that there are 1.2w and 2.0w bulbs. Only the two bulbs behind the "computer display" are red. Get red LED's for them. BUT you cannot adjust light intensity if you use LED's.

I don't know if there are white S2 plasmas, but this one could be an option (if only the redline wasn't based on the 10V) :
