The plastic hinge cover by the handbrake has broken off and disappeared and the seat is dislocating from it's hinge when you tip it forward to get people in the back.
Sounds like you just need to replace the square circlip that holds the hinge together, and the plastic trim over it. The trim is about £15, the clip is pence.
