Access to the Rear Aux Block of relays

They're under the back seat, but I've just had a mooch and there is a cover beneath the rear seat cushions with plastic clips on it. It's never been out before and I don't want to force it unnecessarily, how does it come out to access the Rear Aux Block of relays folk?

    Many thanks in advance

    Coupe or Avant?

On my coupe the whole seat bottom is held in with two large screws at the front, one in each footwell, removing those allows you to lift the whole squab out exposing relays, ABS control unit, diff control unit etc. - oh and not least the battery

I just need to know how it comes out without damaging it....

And I don't mean the fluff and dirt...

Carefully take out those clips (they may break) and there should be one bolt on each side that holds plastic trims and cover. Cover is one big peace btw.
