Help With Carpet Removal

As above i have started to take the carpet out of the coupe have hit a snag how do you remove the left side foot rest, and how is the carpet removed from under the dash. Also can you still buy the matting thats under the back carpet for the coupe from audi.

Driver's footrest for clutch foot?

You need to push the 3 pins through and then pull the footrest off. You then need to find the pins under the metal bracket, which is exposed when you remove the carpet...

If you have a close look at the footrest it is held in by 3 push thru plastic rivets, take a straight pick and push em out.
