Is it possible to retrofit ski hatch?

I did a comprehensive search but can't find anything

Has anyone retrofitted a ski hatch in the rear seat back successfully?

I had one in my cloth seats and fancy trying to fit it in the current leather one.

That's an image of the set. It looks like it can be fairly easily installed into a backrest. A hole is to be made in the seat or the backrest rear panel can be replaced if the color fits.

Actually, the operation has been performed today. I put a ski hatch from a coupe to avant backrest. Took a pair of hours without hurrying (with backrests already had been dismounted). As usual, the hardest thing was cutting a hole in old audi's nice geniune leather.

I have also saved all the parts to do my coupe. I will do a write up "When" I get round to doing it...
