RHD and LHD carbon/wood trim

Are the trims pieces on the door the same for LHD and RHD?

I need a nearside/passenger carbon door trim piece and might be able to get a LHD piece - will it fit ok?

Took a look in ETKA... It's diffrent spare part number for the left side and the right side. But there's no meantion about rhd or lhd. But be adviced... The trims are diffrent on cars with airbag and cars without airbag. Atleast according to etka.
