Removing front seats, rear trim removal

I know this should be really simple but it's not . How do you remove the rear trim by the tunnel as I have absolutely no idea and do not want to break it

move seat right forward, remove plastic button from the top at the rear of the trim, which fixes it to the runner channel, withdraw trim...

That's all? Push from under the trim then and just pull out? Thanks for the tip

The little plastic button on mine is not so tight that it needs pushing from below - my finger nails are just strong enough to clip around it and pull it out the hole, after that the trim kind of slides back slightly and comes out - you'll see....
