Seat Belts - What Height to Use ?

Would anyone know if it is best to have the height of the adjustable seat belts on the B pillars set at the highest or lowest setting ?

Just wanted to have mine at the right setting.

I think it should be set close to your shoulder length, the closer the firmer the belt holds I suppose. Not sure

belt is meant to go over your collar bone area,NOT ON YOUR SHOULDER

if you have a crash the belt will rip your shoulder out of its joint,happened to a mate and it wasn't pleasant.
