Clean the Plastic Screen of the Instrument Console ?

Is there a way to 'polish' and clean / clear the scratches on the plastic 'glass' of the speedo and rev counter instrument console of the S2 ?

Halfords have a plastic lense polishing kit I
Used on my bike headlights. Made a world of difference

T-cut followed by car polish will do it too.

I would do like the linky, Menzerna PF2500 but then I would go SF4000 , same method when you do headlight if they are plastic... but then you start with wetsanding discs that are soft and rotating machine and spray with water that has a drop of waxshampo or something similair to it, start of with 500-1000-1500-2000 and the PF2500 then SF4000 and some sealing wax looks almost brand new when your done, take about 20-30minutes a piece.

It's very satisfying once it's done. I haven't had many binacles out but when I have I use autoglym super resin polish or 3M finesse-it followed by 3M Ultrafina SE. You can't make a sows purse look good but you will make a goog binnacle look like new. Do the same with plastic indicator lenses and rear lights etc.
