That 10mm is the measurement between the open part of the fork,so is capable of substantial posts and the whole measurement across the entire fork is 24mm.

I wasn't worried about the pin "V" opening. I was worried that the overall width would be crazy wide. 24 > 20 but not by much. Would definitely be worth a try with that one.
