An S6plus is just a fancy C4 so everything from an S6plus will *fit* in a C4 100/UrS4 or C4 A6/UrS6. That said, fitting does not mean working. For the seats to work, you would need the seat power harness, the seat memory control module (might be able to skip that one), etc.

The electric seats have different mountings at the front. I was going to weld some box section to the floor to take the mounts but I never got around to it so stuck with the manual ones.

They have, but there are holes in the chassis already to fit them.

Strange, AFAIK there is A bracket on the floor for electric seat (propshaft side) but still you would need to weld the outer bracket to the sill side. Ofcurse cutting down the original manual seat bracket from the middle.
From electric to manual, you can add the bracket 443 803 241 & 443 803 242, its common to B2-B5, C3-C4, D11 and probably on some other models also. Not too difficult to find i guess. Also in that case you dont need to remove the electric seat mounts.
Allthough TBH it's beyond me why would someone want to replace electric seats with manual ones, electric sports have so much more adjustability than manual seats.
