You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
I have a n S2 which currently has heated cloth seats in poor condition (? I know). I want to replace them with a set of non heated leather seats I have just bought. Does anyone know if its possible to change over the heating part from the cloth to the leather seats? And if so how its done? Thanks:
It can be done I have retrofitted a few sets for people.
It can be done, it is more difficult on an ABY as the leather seat cushions are different.
Removing the heated elements intact is the hard part, they are glued to the seat foam.
As Alex says the elements can be swapped over fairly easily, except on the late ABY pleated type cushions which are much more difficult to get fully apart and back together again.
