Airco question

Hello Guys,

When it's outside below 7degrees the airco symbol turns off on the klima panel.
It's stay off below 7degrees and as soon as it is 7,5 degrees , the symbol commes back.
Also When i'am turning on the Heating with no airco on any temperature, the fan is working. Only When i'am setting the Climate control off the fan stops.

Is this normal?

Dont know if it's exactly 7 degrees, but when it's cold outside the AC automatically turns OFF to prefent the evaporator from freezing. So yes thats normal.
I dont get what you mean with the last question.

I mean that if I set the heating on without airco the radiator fan turning. When I set the heating off the fan stops.
