Climb in the back and remove the plastic cover off the seat rails.

Under the front of the seat there is a small bolt and nut about 8mm, undo that.

Slide seat fully back and out of the rails.

Easy peasy.. Hard bit is not getting grease from the bottom of the seat everywhre when you take it out.
