  • Green Injectors 0280155968

    I'm in process of tuning the VE Table after rebuilding the engine and CR drop.

    I bought new green Injectors 0280155968 from local Bosch dealership, but I'm not sure about how much they flow and their latency.

    On this forum I saw very diferent numbers and it matters when tuning the VE table.

    After much diging on the internets, the only information found related to Bosch was that this injectors flow 310g/min of N-heptane @3bar.

    Through density I assume flow of 453cc/min @3bar.

    Its sound about right in your experience?

    For latency I had extrapolated this numbers:
    8v = 2.320ms
    10v = 1.461ms
    12v = 1.016ms
    14v = 0.741ms
    16v = 0.529ms

    What do you think? Thanks for any input on this!

    I have stock car with only minor modifications and I'm using 0280155968 injectors with "stock_AANABY_27c512" file. I have uploaded picture of my latency settings, with these I achieved almost 1:1 what original enrichment wants, VE delivers and what I actually get with wideband AFR throughout entire range. I used 440 constant in "Injector constant (cc @ 3 bar), 4 bar FPR" since I have AAN.

    These might not work well for you though as I just remembered that my car has this weird behaviour that voltage drops as engine warms up (from cold begins with 14v and ends up near 13v when its warmed up). In order to keep my TVUB somewhat constant through this range I made such adjustments to my latency table in 12v/14v area.

      Thanks for your reply. Where did you get those numbers from?

        I don't remember, probably got them from some forum. I just used them as a base to get me going and then I adjusted 12v/14v area accordingly with warm idle/cruise to match fueling like it was with stock injectors.

          I will install my stock injectors, set them accordingly and then check and compare the VE table were is possible. I think that's a way to confirm that the settings are ok on the greens.
