Whats with the attitude man?! Its marc at efi express, so yes, a known entity in the tuning world here. Yes, its setup for speed density. And if i need to send the ecu to him for the correct map, i will. Im aware of the potential issues with the deka 630's. One step at a time though man. Its been a battle thus far to get him to even entertain data logging and not go straight to standalone. Im sure the injectors will show their face once we get into it. Imo the 630's are way too large for the volvo 7400 turbo im using. but what do i know. if i could tune this myself, i would. But cant find emulators and dont have the Knowledge to not blow things up. So unfortunately im at the mercy of him.
This is the second tune attempt ive gone through. First one flat out stole money and the ecu. SO........ya

No attitude, not trying to be rude or offensive, it's just that the whole "helping process" could be simplified drastically if people would give precise and clear answers to questions asked right from the beginning. I actually want to help but it's hard if critical info is missing and answers are "politician" style, everything else talked about but no straightforward answers. Good times in being on a customer side with motronic were 15-20 years ago, nowadays there aren't many people left who would touch this old tech anymore, so it's essential to learn a thing or two about this ECU even as a customer.

Marc at Efi Express worked very closely with Dmitri years ago, he was/is a distributor of all this prjmod speed density and big MAF stuff. There is no point for me to even give you advice anymore because he is 10x more knowledgeable than I am, and he has all the equipment needed to get you sorted properly.

I agree, I want to learn this process somehow. This is my toe dip into this world od tuning the motronics. And he pointed me to the wiki and said check outhe winlog part, thats it. SO, I assumed it was all setup for this to work. Guess not. So, ill be installing the correct map sensor, or sending it to marc, well see. Hes across the country from me. I just didnt want to throw him under the bus on all this so i didnt name him specifically. Hopefully he want be so vague on thing when we speak next about all the specifics. Id love to change to different injectors while we're at it. But one step at a time. Get him some good logs and see if we cant get a tune working correct for this car. Really do appreciate the help man, even if i was holding back a bit.
Is there any places/ways to learn how to tune this stuff? Seems like a good thing to know how to do.

You can find many videos on Youtube explaining basic internal combustion stuff, how it works, fueling, ignition etc, comparison videos talking about mass air flow systems and mostly aftermarket speed density systems, their pros and cons and so on. You probably won't find any videos explaining motronic specifically but there are alot of videos talking through aftermarket standalone ECU-s and how to tune and adjust things. Most of this stuff applies to motronic the same way, since prjmod is basically a factory ECU converted to "standalone" with extra features added. You won't find as much of adjustability flexibility and ease of use with motronic as you would with a standalone ECU though.
