  • Small subs to rear quarters?

Has anyone done this? What size are the original (active) rear speakers? Is the air space tight enough for a sub?
I'm not after very low boomboom frequency subs but just to add a bit to the low end.
Seems that atleast Hertz makes 6,5 subs (model HS 165) and they could be an option.

And yes, before you say. In my opinion the sound comes from the front and I don't care what occasional rear passengers think
I hate the ******* previous owner who destroyed the parcel shelf

I have a custom sub box fo sale that was designed fo the previous owner of my Coupe - it looks like a spare wheel cover, and fits where your spare would normally sit. With Coupes, you are a bit limited in terms of space for decent speakers, without butchering the parcel shelf. This box acceps a 10" sub, and is complete with all wiring.
