Can you tell me is that an led or an orange bulb in the boost guage?
colour looks fairly spot on to me.

I've got a white faced psi VDO gauge, I'd not long bought it before Si (Hpmuirt) started the group buy on the bar VDO gauges. At £55 for the psi version I wasn't going to then spend another £80. I'm not short of cash but I'm not made of it either
I think it fits in well with the others as you can see in the daylight.

@ Dale, it's a 4 x red LED 501 bulb inside mate. Needed to be that as a normal red bulb wasn't bright enough. Not perfect but better than just the standard illumination

They are without a doubt the best headunits for these cars, looks really great Jas. There is simply nothing that looks so OEM with those features. Think I may get on the go with that GALA business, I've a few spare iso pins lying about

I had to put the mic up beside the clip for the sunvisor, ( no grab handles ) But everyone I've spoke to says it sounds really clear, which I was pleased to hear.

I got the other half a cheaper sony with bluetooth a while ago and it sounds just ok when I call her - the mic is in the face of the unit, prob a lower qulaity one too.

I'd have agreed with you before buying one, but even more so now .
Even some of my mates at work who usually roll their eyes at yet another Audi topic from me in the office, agree it fits in very well with our style of interior and is well spec'd without being overly "flashy". Maybe not as capable for those guys here who like their subampwoofermidboxbass () things, but ample enough for me.

A week back and forth to work and it's great, well worth the money.

Did someone try this Becker out in combination with a iPhone for Audio playback? I do know that my iPhone does not work with the Pioneer system that I have and that set does support the iPod Nano.
