OEM Front speakers in dash....how do you remove them?

I have a feeling my right side one is gone. Is there an easy way to replace them instead of having to remove the entire dash!?

yes there is.you just take the cap of and gently take one side off,then the other.if you also remove the glovebox or drivers shelf(depending which speaker you are dealing with) you may reach it with your other hand underneith it and give it a push

How does the circular covers come off? Do they just pop off? How do I do this with out breaking them????

just pry them out with a suitable small screwdriver or something, it is only padded tape holding it down. (should be anyway!) there might be a single screw securing the speaker down.
