    I've a Concert Radio with no code, do i need to go to Audi to get this ?

      Nice one.
      Ford wanted me to turn up to the dealer with the car, my V5, and my driving licence, and then pay a fee for them to 'generate' the code...

        yes I thought it was generous of them considering the hourly rate they charge,the last time i did it was maybe 6 months ago on a car that wasnt mine anymore(had sold it to a mate a few weeks previously)

          You can also get the code online for a small fee. You usually need the serial number of the headunit which should be on a sticker somewhere on the unit. Can't remember the website that I used last but google is your friend!
