    Bose Mode(delta CC)

    Hello,

i have Delta CC unit with Bose Amp,i replaced the front of the radio
and since there is no any sound it is totally mute,i made some research
if i connect directly to the middle Iso(B) a speaker it is working i can chanege the level of the volume!
I don't know how is possible since when i switched on the radio i can see the Bose text in
    the screen.
I haven't found so mutch thing about BOSE mode but at least that if it is active
there is no sound from other source(but in my case when i see the Bose text in
the booting how is possible to coming sound from the non bose output?).

It is little bit hard without VagCom cable, but is anyone has an idea whats going on with my radio?

VAGcom does not communicate with the older radios.

Not sure what your issue is but I will tell you that the MODE button on a Gamma BOSE or a Delta BOSE is what you hit to cycle from radio to the CD changer (either the 10 disc Sony with the Gamma BOSE or the 6 disc Alpine with the Delta).

thank you for your reply.I don't have a CD changer.I can see the radio RDS infos(station name etc).working as a normal radio but without any sound(in this case from the amp only)

Please supply me with the picture of your wiring, pinouts on the radio (white-ish sticker) and face of the radio.

oh okay - it is a wide face head unit.
not so much applies to your case what I posted in the other thread.

you might want to check the relay for amplifiers. but i don't know what car we are talking about. are you sure your speakers are bose
it could also be that your radio does not have a correct swiched plus for enabling the amplifiers.
If I was you, I would not feed amplified signal from connector b to line out for bose amplifiers, as it becomes double amplification, which is no good.

Do you have a picture of your old head unit which was capable of playing in your car using bose speakers?

              Well both radio type is 4D0 035 192 A.
Before replacing the whole front panel(screen and buttons) it was working good.
I replaced only the front panel to the original radio and installed back, but it was not work, then try to replace the old front but also does not worked
I checked the fuses and relay. When i tested i just connect directly a speaker to the connector B.

I see now. So you disassembled the radio and repaired something. I thought you swapped the whole HU.

Well, then it is difficult to give any advice really. You can try listening to lineouts with oscilloscope or a sensitive headphone.

Well it was not a complex disassembling just the front, but this was in one piece.
Thanks for advices,i will try to get some oscilloscope

but as I mentioned in previous post, you can try hearing the sound with some headphones. not sure if it is a good idea, but you can try. I am sure you have some headphones lying around

..and you can also test if you get +12V on 2 middle pins in line out section when you turn on the radio. that is for powering the amplifier or its relay

another thing i have noticed is BOSE coding pin, not sure how it works though.

but careful as the picture you supplied is upside down in comparison to picture in that thread.

yes pin7 gives the bose signal,pin6 gices the 12v for Amp(i could measure the 12v there),
just came back i try to use the headphones(directly acces to one of the line out) but nothing

After made some measure with an oscilloscope i found that the amp output
works fine, also test with a speaker it is also works. Also i am sure that the
power for amp in the radio is also okay.
Now i am sure the fault is somehow with the Amp,i don't know if there is a secondary fuse for it or what to do know...
