Steve Mills (RIP) omnibus radio wiring spreadsheet
Seriously, if there is a hard way to do something and an easy way, you always seem to pick the hardEST way.
Two things that I can see:
1. That Concert does not have built in CD. It wants to converse with a separate CD changer. Most likely that is a 6 disc Panasonic. However the existing CD wiring that runs from the OE UrS4 heat unit to a CD changer expected a silver transceiver box connected to a 10 disc Sony Changer. Good luck making up a patch cord that works with the Panasonic changer.
2. I am thinking that while the Concert body is single DIN, the faceplate is wider than single DIN. This means that it will interfere with either the mirror control switch or the cigarette lighter or both. When Audi went to the wide-faced Delta, they changed the front console cage and moved the cigarette lighter to the center console - but that is ONLY possible because those were the 96 and 97 C4s which had EDL and didn't have the diff lock switch.

*BUT* if you insist, here is all the wiring info you should need:
Yeah i sopose hard way suit me one way or another
I know abouth the central body,i have read your old posts couple of days ago,and i sopose i am lucky since i found one localy pretty cheap
I am planing to make USB for this radio, thats why i didnt took the cd charger(anoyed of CD-s)if i cant make the USB i will simply go on AUX,found a lot of those on ebay for decent money?
Thank's for wire info Dave,i will look deepher on that one tonight
Dave,do you perhaps know the factory radio wire's for Urs4?So i know what what
Did you bother to open that multi-tab Excel spreadsheet in the link I gave you? It's *ALL* there, at least for Gamma BOSE (probably on the "Gamma BOSE" tab).
RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan
94 UrS4 V8 6 spd manual avant
Some info that you may like: the wide cage was standard on EU UrS6 cars, starting from 09.1994, its the same time diff lock was replaced with EDL.
Only exception is the Italian market cars, that had the narrow cage until the end of UrS6 production in 97.

Well if you do manage to somehow add a device that plays mp3s through a USB please share your findings with us. I've been trying to find an off-the-shelf solution to enable one of these wideface Audi units to play mp3s for over 3 years now without success. There are solutions for newer models (A4 B7, A3 etc) but they don't fit well (they're not rectangular) and they're not plug & play.
Just out if my head, I remember an article about this problem. You could use a radio with aux or an external CD player. For usb-mp3 there are players like yatour... Wire them onto the aux or CD connection so you can select the source if your music (switch or relay). I know this may be vague, I'll try to find the article I mentioned.

What is wrong with using yatour? The quality is not the best, but I am nearly sure it can work with this wide face head unit. Yatour has actually best old model coverage on the market.

I couldn't find any yatour that supports older Audi headunits. I stopped looking now but if I remember well from when I was searching through the internet about this, Yatour supports Audi concert 2 and newer units. If you connect it through Auxiliary then you won't be able to control Yatour using the Headunit's buttons and you won't be able to see mp3 tags. Unless there is a device that translates cd changer commands to Yatour commands (i.e. disc select to folder select) and another one that converts mp3 tags to CD text for the headunit.
Or.... there is a Yatour device that I wasn't able to find and I'm just talking bolcks.
