Hello everyone
I've slowly been playing around with the suspension of my audi 90 v6 quattro sedan. I figured I take care of items to fix and items to upgrade before I swap in the 20VT engine.
I didn't have an opportunity to go for a drive yet so I can't even comment on them. However The A4 "sport" rear springs do fit the audi 90 b4 platform cars. I haven't even installed "sport shocks" yet. The springs are with the stock shocks. I mainly installed the A4 springs to see how the car would sit with the wheels. Seemingly I'm not going to rub.. However I plan on rolling the rear fenders. The Wheels sit approximately 8mm out farther than the S2 setup because I have A4 rear hubs.
I believe the car is sitting *** heavy because I haven't installed any lower springs on the front. It's dropped preity dramatically.
I believe these springs will work well once I get things figured out.
I am also playing around with these springs becuase I got them for free and they were new!
There is company here in the states that sells coilover sleeves that work with aftermarket shocks and aftermarket lowering springs. This kit isn't meant for actual "coil-over springs". It's for your typical aftermarket spring setups. I figure I can raise the car a bit if the car is too low with the springs with that setup.
I just figured I post this... It's nice to know all the options out there.
Cheers
Josh

the S2 Avant and the sedan you have they all use the S4 / RS4 rear suspension!!, just goes to prove how much better the Avants are than the coupes... i mean if the RS4 uses our rear Avant suspension.... well....
