I got quite precicely 30mm drop using bilsteins. With Konis it might be more like 40mm.

Well, i fitted koni shocks and springs and got a drop of about 20mm, wanted 40mm at least so swapped to h&r springs (you get 4x front springs for the coupe, supposed to work better) BUT, the car sits higher at the rear. Which should be pretty obvious because of all the extra weight over the front wheels
To be honest there is virtually no difference between the knoi springs i had on, and the h&r's.
I'll be going coilovers at somepoint. K&W maybe.

what about in terms of ride comfort? Main reason why i bought your koni springs was i believe they're softer sprung than the H&R?

The konis were maybe slightly softer but not that much.

            At Last.

My springs have arrived from H&R. They are not dayglow yellow as Avant set I was wrongly sent.

            These are blue & have Part No's. 29939VA1 & 29939HA1.

They are being fitted as we speak. Can't wait.

I hope they clear the 18's on 20mm spacers.

            Imran.

Strange? i thought HR were supplying the front 29939VA1 all round now in their spring kits?

This is what I was expecting, maybe H&R have done some R&D. Should have them fitted end of play today. I will let you all know the results.

They did so R&D and changed the kits to VA allround and not VA HA

I personally don't know what the difference is, Greg_S has had both setups on his car and is qualified to comment. I think Porkkis can also comment?
