Poly Bushings what's the verdict?

    How fast do stock ones wear otu? 8 months??? If that's the case it may squeak all it want. Are Powerflex ones twice the money of stock or?

    I'm really not to sure about all this... I mean.

    - How much better is the handling?
    - How much more expensive?
    - Expected lifespan of stock vs Powerflex?

    I'll never go for enginemounts or tranny mounts that are urethane (isn't that what the powerflex's are?). Had that on my beetle once - NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! But instead of stcok rubber in a-arms? Maybe. Not sure though... Help us out here...

        Powerflex bushes are urathane yes - they all are these "poly" bushes.
        Ex S2 owner, now running around in an A4 Avant quattro...
