I'm running Konis with standard springs and they give a slightly crashy ride and are quite soft when pushed. Not ideal really. Only did it cos I wanted standard rideheight for daily driving but now she's a weekend toy H&Rs are the way forward methinks. Just my tuppence worth.

Hmm me doubts those fronts will fit.

Since they're sprints mate they wont be too good with standard springs as the sprints have reduced travel and are designed for use with lowered springs.

that was my understanding too, the sprints being designed for shorter springs and sports can be used with standard height spring. but i have H&R so if the sprints fit on, then will go fine with my new springs.

Billys and standard springs are great You can hit 100 on single track roads with confidence. Not sure I would try this in a lowered car....
