A month ago i decided to order a set of H&R's for an S2 Coupe, rang around a few places, ended up giving them all a lesson in Audi models and got nowhere fast. The fact i had the part numbers 29939VA didn’t matter, they all seemed confused and didn’t inspire any confidence at all.
After the issues people have had with different company’s sending the wrong parts i started to get a little worried so i rang QST. Because if anybody’s knows these cars it’s them.
Placed an order, i was told they would have to be ordered from Germany so it would take a few weeks. Sure enough 2 weeks later a big H&R box arrived much to my delight, i glanced at the label and it said "Audi Avant S2 (80 Avant B4)" FFS
Immediately I rang QST and explained the problem and was told somebody would ring me back. An hour later Kim Collins rang me back and was very apologetic. I explained the problem and he said he would get on to H&R and get back to me. While i was on the phone he asked me to open up the box and check the springs as they have been known to miss-label them. Inside i found four yellow springs marked 29909VA, there not even for an Avant, there for a t89 Audi 90/Coupe
Turns out this has happened to half a dozen of his customers over the last 6 months, H&R keep sending out everything but what they have ordered. H&R shipped directly to me so QST never actually saw them, so in fairness it wasn’t there mistake at all.
Next day i got another call, i was offered a refund or they will replace the kit. Catch being i would have to wait another 2 weeks for them. That was fine by me so Kim arranged for H&R to send the correct kit and pickup the wrong kit at the same time.
Two weeks later (Today) the second kit arrived which is perfect, four blue springs, part number 29939VA
...but they didn’t take away the other kit
So it appears that all the problems people have had with ordering H&R's have not been any fault of the company’s we buy them from its H&R that are making a dogs dinner of it. And i really can’t say enough about QST, great customer service, and they sorted the problem without any hassle or additional cost to myself
Now to fit them :mischeif:

....i would guess most people would follow the writing to determine which way around to fit them so if you have a set of yellows it might be worth checking incase your mechanic put them in upside down
