James, the H&R springs work well with Koni dampers on the avant.

tried the bags of cement!!!!! trouble is.......the bloody dust!!

might have to go for the H&R idea instead.the only thing that i think might be a problem is will the 18's be a prob at the rear?????

I have some cement that has gone hard in the bag - no dust and to you there is no extra charge!

No it won't. My Avant har 19" 235/35/19's and is lowerd 40mm on h&r springs

Anders, what are the width and offset of your rims? I was under the impression that big rims foul the rear suspension on Avants.
