We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
When removing them, count the number of turns each takes, then fit the replacements using that information. That way your tracking should only need minor adjustments if any.
Before you take the old ones off, count how many threads there are, as this is what aligns your steering right to left etc.
If you put it on any old way, then your steering wil be miles out!!!
and Def get the tracking done afterwards!
Also make sure you copper slip up the threads as well, makes it easier for adjustment now and in future if it needs doing again
(Edit, beaten to it! LOL)

The thread onto which the track rod end screws is the adjustment.
Tracking is screwing the track rod end up and down the threads until the angles are right.

IMO, the best and easiest way to do it, would be to remove the whole rod, you will see where it fixes to the Steering rack arm to the right of the engine as you look at it from the front, as yours is an ABY, access is easy. Undo the nuts there, the other end needs to be popped out with a ball joint spliter once you've undone the nut on the track rod end.
Once the whole arm is out and you can see it clearly it will make more sense, are you doing the track rod end on both sides?
I done both sides when i was doing it as they werent that expensive and its not much more hassle to get the other off if you're doing one side.
Check the condition of the adjuster part, where the spanner goes on, as this is often damaged and partly rounded, i used a file to square the edges back up again on mine, makes it easier for it to be tracked and causes you less headache as they wont turn round and say they cant get on it to do it.
