Thanks for that, are you able to post a pic from side view? Im puzzled if the genuine one is actually 35mm across. I thought the ones that were on the car when i bought it were original items and they are a lot smaller. If 35mm is genuine most forum members running 225 tyres on a wheel offset of 35-37 must have similar issues as me, or are you all using 10mm spacers??

        no problem.
The genuine items have the part numbers on the top of the rubber boot and have the VW and AUDI logos etched in to the metal bass under where the stud is.

Guys I have fitted both new track rods now with no problems other than I still have a right hand pull after the tracking has been done????????
I have been told that it is the cheap tyres because they have a natural Bias in them which will pull the car. Can anyone vouch for this?

The Arms I got from GSF were made by two different companies, one being slightly thiner than the other. The part made by FRAP was the thiner part. The other made by LEDAMPFER or something along those lines is exactly the same as OE in thickness and everything. Absolute pain to fit but hey ho, just need to sort this pulling out and it looks like I may need to buy some new tyres.

CAn anyone offer any advice as to how to proceed with this? (I don't mean tyre replacement as I am not that thick)

I have approached the company who did the tracking and they say it is the tyres as they tracked the vehicle properly.

          Any advice guys

Just been reading through this one as well Teen... hope this isn't the cause of the accident for Vinny's new owner. My car has been tramlining very badly since Castle-Coombe and i noticed put it down to tracking being out after a good thrash, but this is definitely something to check ASAP...
