Strut Brace Mounts

Hi guys.

They have arrived so I will soon be speaking to my fabricator about duplicating them. First I need to see how many people would want them so I can get a price.

Here is a piccie. The black ones are the right and the siver ones are the left(why they weren't painted I don't know.

Sorry chaps, having a blonde moment here maybe. What's different about these over the ones already fitted to an S2?
Or are these intended only for the guys on here with cq20v's that don't have them?

What I'm really after is a strut brace, if these strut mounts have to be fitted to mount one, so be it but I'm really just after a good looking strut brace...

Yup it did ! But it's all black and looks like it cost 2$ to make... The one JonasR has in another thread is much better looking whilst still seeming to be stock...

Midnight. Well you could get these sprayed any colour you wanted and then use a polished bar to create the brace! Just a thought.

Audi Coupe 20V - They have to be spot welded to the top of the strut then you bolt a bar to them. I have a CQ20V too which is why I have got these across from America as they are hard to find in the UK unless you get them off a scrapper. Any other Q's just PM me.

Yeah Midnight - all he has is stock Mounts and a polished bar on Jonas.

Would anyone be interested in some for the rear if I can get an adapted version so the bar drops down below the top of the strut instead of sticking up (so it sits below the parcel shelf)?

Azman an OMP universal bar fits the rear, the tops of the rear struts are below the parcel shelf so no issues with clearance.

@ Azman - Are you still offering these?? If so, i'm interested. I have a 90Q (Saloon) with QRS top mounts but no strut brace.... Could you pm me a price if you do.

If these are still going ahead I might be interested if the price is right I would want front and back, but I have a 90Q so I'm not worried about parcel shelf, I think two pairs of fronts would do. PM me a price
