Some parts are OEM, some are not, the steering ans suspension stuff is not normally OEM but they keep a range of stock by different manufacturers for the same part.

Original Equipment Manuafacturer, basically a company who supply parts to the Audi factory to use on new cars.

could the parts supplied by eurocarparts be exactly the same as the genuine parts from main dealer but just with audi's name but on them???

yes gsf supply audi oil filters in audi boxes

Yes badged Mann filters who make the Audi filter but just put four rings on it instead of the Mann lable, same for the air filters.

GSF German Swedish and French - similar to Eurocarparts
My local GSF is at the end of the road so I use them more often than Eurocarparts

Eurocarparts came about because the guy who started it used to be a partner at GSF, he had a falling out and went and setup a rival company.
