I was asking last week within the propshaft refurb thread about possible vibrations and noises on my car.
Thought I'd best not messs that thread up as the end diagnosis wasn't the prop.
If you experiance really bad vibrations and noises at low revs/idle, on the overrun, under load in a high gear and rounding corners, then please make sure sure your engine mounts are fine.
Mine are, but the engine mount support that bolts to the block on the offside has no freakin bolts in it
None there at all, all dropped out and lying on some unknown road.
Engine on the offside is now sitting nicely on the damn subframe.
Easy enough fix, but then they should have been tightened properly first time round.
I'm mad as a hatter
(and not mad as in "crazy", but mad as in I'm going to "kill someone")
