    Scratching our heads

Hi, got a brainteaser for anyone who is interested.

Coupe 2.8Q Manual. When driving if you let off the accelerator above 20mph you get a nasty vibration which makes you think the NSR driveshaft is about to fall out!

Things it not (because we have already changed them)

    1 Prop shaft
    2 Rear Diff
    3 Either rear drive shaft
4 Transfer box (in rear of gear box)

Please note the vibration is not there whilst accelerating.
Also the rear wheel bearings seem fine as do the rear bushes and mounts, but they havnt been changed
Its got us stumped! anyone had this before?

check bolts to gearbox and engine, can also be the bearing dont know its name in english (chlutch). may cause the damper plate to vibrate more then usual.

Definatly not wheel nuts, prop properly aligned.

After driving it myself for the first time today i cant help but think its a clutch judder though i know its happening off load which is very odd, but its my gut feeling. We might find out tomorrow.

                Thanks for eveyones help

had a problem like that, it turned out that the bushings were nackered and the arm was damaged, give the wheel a good pull each way you can.
